What I do

Services

Four things, done properly. Brand and web work that has to sell something, the AI layer behind sales and marketing, independent publishing, and cultural production. Most engagements combine two of them.

01

AI Strategy & Automation

I lead AI at a full-service agency. That means production systems, not pilots — and an honest answer about where AI does not belong.

  • Lead qualification and enrichment
  • Personalised outreach sequencing
  • Automated quoting and proposals
  • Intake triage and routing
  • Internal tooling and knowledge retrieval
  • Team enablement, so it keeps running without me

Typical engagement: an audit of where your time actually goes, one system built and shipped, then handover with documentation.

02

Brand & Web

Forty-plus engagements across fashion, legal, wealth management, beauty, theatre and nonprofit. The brief is always the same: it has to sell something, and it has to hold up after launch.

  • Brand identity, naming and visual system
  • Web design and development
  • eCommerce build and merchandising
  • Webflow, Shopify, WordPress or custom code
  • Structured data and technical SEO as standard
  • Analytics, so you can see what converts

Typical engagement: identity and site together, six to twelve weeks, with a training session so your team can run it.

03

Publishing & Editorial

I founded and run The Northern Voices — editorial, build and revenue model. If you are starting a publication or trying to make one pay, I have done every part of it.

  • Editorial strategy and commissioning
  • Publication design and build
  • Newsletter and audience growth
  • Revenue model: sponsorship, membership, listings
  • Content operations and workflow

Typical engagement: strategy and platform, or an advisory retainer alongside your own editor.

04

Cultural Production

Concerts, exhibitions and multidisciplinary performance — from Estonia's centenary programme at the National Gallery of Art to Dawn till Dusk at the Estonian House in New York, which toured Florida and Maryland.

  • Producing and production management
  • Music direction and curation
  • Campaign identity and promotion
  • Press outreach and partnerships
  • Speaking, panels and juries

Typical engagement: project-based, from concept through to the campaign around it.

How it works
01

A call, not a pitch

Thirty minutes on what you are actually trying to move. If I am not the right person, I will say so and usually know who is.

02

A written scope

What gets built, what it costs, how long, and what I need from you. Fixed scope wherever the work allows it.

03

Build in the open

You see progress as it happens rather than a reveal at the end. Feedback in the tool, not in a forty-message thread.

04

Handover that sticks

Documentation and a training session, so the thing keeps working when I am not in the room. That is the point.
