The late night walks, when you're left alone with no need to smile. Just you and your thoughts.
Back in New York City. There's something about night lights, they are both comforting, exposing yet providing everyone enough private space to feel however they feel like. The magic about New York is its honesty, busy lifestyle usually requires efficiency so much of the polite small talk is cut short, homelessness exists right next to Trump Tower, and Nail Patrick Harris takes a subway whenever in the city, it's a city of lights where people are somewhat equally opportunistic yet also exploitative.
Usually, I tell my friends that if I post a lot on social media I'm probably bored, if I'm genuinely entertained I usually don't have time to even think about my phone, and that's what usually happens in New York. This photograph is the only photo captured that day because the day itself was full of meetings, and inspiring conversations. When the sun dawns I get to relax, think back and see the world through a lens.
